Plainly: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply, and we don't sell it.
This policy explains how nuvio (operating as S&Y Consulting) handles information collected through nuvio.dev. Last updated June 2026.
What we collect
- Contact form details you choose to send: your name, email, company, project description, and optional budget and timeline.
- Basic server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) kept by our web server for security and reliability.
We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you send for one purpose: to read and reply to your enquiry, and to have the conversation that follows. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.
Who processes it
- Contact-form messages are delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery provider, and land in our own inbox.
- The site is hosted on our own server infrastructure.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to do business with you, and delete them on request. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information you have sent us at any time. Email hello@nuvio.dev and we will action it.
