nuvio is a small, senior, founder-led team that designs and builds production AI systems — the data architecture, the agents, the grounding — for companies that need them to actually work.

We are senior engineers who have built and run real systems, and we stay hands-on through every engagement. There is no junior bench to learn on your time and no account manager between you and the people writing the code. You work with the team that ships.

We are allergic to hype. Before we automate anything, we map the problem into something a machine can reason about, then decide what actually belongs in software. Most of the value is in that mapping, not in the model. Structure first, intelligence second.

And we ship the version that survives contact with the real world: regulated, auditable, observable from day one. Not the demo that works on stage and falls over in production. If it cannot be trusted, it is not finished.

Who's behind nuvio

Founder-led, hands-on

nuvio is led by Vaibhav Verma, a two-time CTO of AI companies who has spent two decades building and running production systems. He has shipped agentic AI in regulated environments at scale, across hundreds of facilities and multiple regulatory regimes, and still writes the hard parts himself.

That is the bar nuvio is built on: senior engineers who have actually run the systems they design, who map a problem into structure before automating it, and who ship the version that survives production, not the one that works on stage. No junior bench, no account manager between you and the people writing the code.

nuvio is the brand; S&Y Consulting is the legal entity behind it. Contracts, invoices, and agreements are with S&Y Consulting. They're the same team and the same work — one is just the name on the paperwork.

Architecture first, hype never. We believe the right design decided early saves more than any framework, that AI features must stay grounded to be trusted, and that clients deserve plain answers. We'll tell you when an idea is wrong before we build it.
